Difference mode
The M320 provides a measurement solution with higher accuracy, faster speeds, and wide voltages to maintain outstanding performance in complex environments。
1) High precision:Support signal measurements as low as 1mV: INL/DNL = ±1/±0.5LSB, and optimized for small signal measurement to reduce Offset and temperature drift, to achieve signal measurement within 1mV。
2) Fast speed:Switching reference/channel only 1μS: the maximum sampling rate is 125kHz, and the conversion time is 8μS;Switch reference, channel only 1μS establishment time, no waiting。
3) Wide voltage:2.0~5.5V, ADC operating voltage down to 2.0V。
In addition, the M320 built-in ADC also supports Wheatstone bridge, NTC, bidirectional induction current and other signal measurement circuits to meet different signal measurement needs。
Capacitive signal measurement module CVC
M320 built-in capacitor signal measurement module, measuring range of 1~25pF, for capacitance signal measurement。
Communication interface
With integrated UART and I2C slave interfaces, the M320 has the following features in addition to the usual functions:
1) UART supports single-line communication mode to save IO resources
2) Support anti-backdown function, can communicate with 5V system when 3V or lithium battery power supply
